Mindful Medicine: Plants and the Human Connection Montefiore Einstein Medical Center, Bronx, NY May 10 – September 11, 2026 Based on composite layers of time dynamics “Mindful Medicine: Plants and the Human Connection” is an exhibition of handbuilt vessels adorned with hand drawn iron oxide illustrations through a collaboration with artist Mallory Wetherell of specific herbs that have a historical and pronounced benefit to health and healing. Also present in this exhibition are handmade pulp paintings utilizing cellulose from plant based discarded clothing (linen and cotton). Layered and collaged until central focused plant motifs rise to the surface.
