Midnight Blooms is based on compromised resources, during covid researching my own garden during the dark of night. In this 12 part installation influenced by researching night blooming activity, bloom forms navigate around harsh yet fragile structures all made from hand built clay parts, fired to vitrification hardness. This theme of compromised resources can be found in my installations Re-Generation, Racine Installation, Perlman Installation, Prairie Deep, and Vine Installation.
