Based on prolific abundance of growth, the frame disappears due to so much growth, Patterns of Nature is an installation inspired by historical botanical motifs found in domestic crafted items such as Persian rugs and Damask linen. All handmade paper florets are made from up-cycling used clothing and combined with thousands of delicate porcelain pieces. Density of parts creates botanical pattern inspired by both craft research and rock outcroppings.
