Double Bloom
Scripps National Exhibition, Ruth Chandler Williamson Gallery, Claremont California

fired and unfired porcelain paper clay, handmade paper, organic material
10′ x 8′ x 14′

An installation composed of four pieces centered on survival and generational growth in layers. This form in particular focuses on the theme of growth finding its way both inside and outside the form. This theme of extreme conditions yet thriving and growing can be found in my installations Prairie Deep and Pullman Installation.
