Night Bloom
Racine Art Museum, Racine Wisconsin

fired and unfired porcelain paper clay, handmade paper, organic material
9′ x 18′ x 15′

A site installation composed of multiple hanging components conceptually centered on prolific night blooming activity. Of particular interest is the innate awareness of growing forms in close proximity to other forms allowing the special accommodation needed for thrivability. This theme of spacial accommodation can be found in my installations January Bloom, Tulsa Installation, Affinity, Collective Bloom, Taiwan Bloom, Manchester Installation, and Blue Star Installation.
